Answer:  

We ship all orders with United Parcel Service (UPS) Residential Ground.


Question:   What is Your Refund Policy
Answer:   Damaged items should be refused upon delivery. Itmes must be returned in origiinal packaging and noted by UPS. Once items have been recieved by Polycare, and assessed. Refunds or new products will be issued.
