How do I make purchases?

First, you can search for the item you want to purchase in the Search
box or in the categories at the bottom left of the page.
When you find the item you wish to purchase, click ADD TO CART. A
screen will come up that has the item you chose on it. You may either
Continue Shopping or Check Out Now by selecting the blue box at the
bottom of the screen.
Prior to clicking Check Out Now, select shipping a the bottom of the screen. When checking out, please complete your customer information and have
your credit card ready for payment. When this is complete, click Place
Your Order. You will receive a confirmation email when we have received
your order.

How will I know that you received my order?

Your order confirmation e-mail will have your Order ID and a purchase order number. If any of your items are backordered, we will call you. If you should have additional questions, we are here to help. You may e-mail us at onlineshop@gshpa.org or call 1-800-692-7816 ext. 1248.

Can I return an item?

For your convenience, you may return any item except final-sale merchandise within 30 days of receiving your shipment. For your protection, we recommend that you use United Parcel Service or insured Parcel Post, and wrap the package securely so nothing breaks during shipping.
Please include a copy of your packing list with a notation indicating: the reason for your return, whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange, and to best process your return, please include your daytime telephone number so that we may contact you with any questions.
If you do not have your packing list, please indicate the order number and the name of the person who purchased the order on a separate piece of paper. If requesting a return, you will receive the full order amount back onto the credit card you used for initial purchase.
