Yes, it is. We've consolidated our MTA Citizens Member program with our direct mail campaign. You may donate either by mail or by the website.

Usually four to six weeks. If you have not received your gifts after six weeks, contact the Citizens Member Service Center.

How much of my donation goes to help the troopers?

Our costs for mailing, printing, stamps and gifts usually runs about 25% of everything we bring in. So approximately 75% goes directly to the MTA for our Maryland troopers.
