Question:   Is the website part of the new direct mail campaign?
Answer:   Yes, it is. We've consolidated our MTA Citizens Member program with our direct mail campaign. You may donate either by mail or by the website.
Question:   If I have a question, who do I call?
Answer:   Contact our Citizens Member Service Center, toll-free, at 888-239-5323.
Question:   How long does it take to get my gifts?
Answer:   Usually four to six weeks. If you have not received your gifts after six weeks, contact the Citizens Member Service Center.
Question:   How much of my donation goes to help the troopers?
Answer:   Our costs for mailing, printing, stamps and gifts usually runs about 25% of everything we bring in. So approximately 75% goes directly to the MTA for our Maryland troopers.
