Why The Gazebo s Quilts Offer Superior Value
For 40 years we have been producing hand made quilts, made of 100% American cotton fabrics. We are confident that our quilts are the finest commercially available in America.
Our Workmanship Is Excellent
Our skilled quilters use seven to eight stitches per inch for quilting and tiny, nearly invisible hand stitches around the edges of all applique work.
Other embellishing details are accomplished with hand embroidery stitches. Piecing is done by machine with ample allowances made for seams.
We Use More Varied and Better Materials

We use as many as 40 or more different 100% American cotton prints and solids in all of our pieced quilts, a greater variety than you ll find in cheap imports.
We buy only top quality domestic 100% cotton fabrics. All of our fabrics, both solids and prints, come from major American mills that have been producing quilting fabrics for decades.
Because we use a bonded polycotton batting made especially for us in Texas, our quilts have no fiber migration problems. We use only the finest hand quilting thread available.
We Stand Behind Our Quilts
Most important we stand behind our quilts. If there is ever any problem with one of our quilts due to defective materials or workmanship, we will repair the quilt free of charge.

Our Quilts Are More Ample Than Most

Our quilts are more amply sized than those obtainable from other commercial sources.
Our Quilts Are Not Mass Produced

Quilts should not be mass produced. They are traditionally handcrafted one at a time.
The Gazebo rarely produces more than ten quilts with the same pattern and the same combination of fabrics.
We Pay More Attention to Details
Since quilts are our primary business, we take their production very seriously and spend a lot of time perfecting details. We would never bind off our quilts by machine the way some commercial manufacturers do.
The edge of a quilt is the first part to wear, and that is why we hand bind our quilts. If the binding eventually frays, it can easily be rebound without ruining the quilt. We are proud of the enormous variety of fabrics and patterns we offer our customers, the quality materials we use, the superior workmanship of our products, and the opportunities we offer our customers to custom design their very own quilts and other accessories. |
