How do I custom-order tie dye items?

First contact us at jc@littlekingdomonline.com or at 561-703-2447 and simply describe the style, size, dye pattern, colors and appliqué you would like. Use samples of items posted on the site to help you choose, or request more information about other style items you are looking for. When emailing requests, please include contact information (name, email, phone number) so we can contact you with a price and or questions regarding your order.

What do you use to dye the clothes?

We use Fiber Reactive Procion MX Dyes as well as Synthrapol, Soda Ash Fixer and Urea.

How do I wash tie dye clothing?
|
| Answer: |
1. Never use bleach
2. Always wash items with like colors in cold or warm water.
3. Items without appliqué may be placed in the dryer – part of the dying process requires the dryer, therefore items will not shrink any more.
4. Do not place items with appliqué in the dryer – hang dry (appliqué can fall off if heated too much).

What happens after I place my order?

Once an order is received, you will get a confirmation email stating it has been received. Your order will then be custom-made and shipped.

Returns or exchanges must be sent to us within 14 days. Contact us immediately after receiving merchandise if you are not happy with your item(s). If refund is requested we will issue a check towards value of the returned merchandise less shipping charges and 20% re-stocking fee. No packages will be accepted without a return authorization number written on the box. Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. By ordering products through this page you agree to these terms and conditions

We do not accept returns on hair bows unless they are damaged upon receipt.

All packages will be shipped by USPS or UPS. Using USPS / UPS allows items to be tracked throughout the delivery process.
