Roasting is an art; a skill developed over time.  Our roastmaster creates “small batch roasts” using his senses to develop the bean…not a computer.  Each coffee is roasted to its fullest flavor potential.  Most orders are shipped within 1-2 days.  However, due to the special attention we provide in roasting small batches, some items may take a few days before shipping.
