If you are not satisfied with the urn purchased off of our website for whatever reason please return via USPS within 7 days to the following address:

Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We will refund the amount of the product minus shipping cost and a $20 restocking fee per product. 

If the return is a result of our error we will refund the total amount including shipping and there will be no restocking fee.

Please include with each return a statement as to why you are returning the product.

Photo Face:  If you would like to return your urn because you are not satisfied with the photo quality laser engraved face and did not request a proof of the engraved face during your order, you will be charged a restocking fee of $50 per return.  If a proof was requested and approved before the order was executed, and you would like to return the urn, there will just be the standard $20 restocking fee.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
