To
expedite your order as quickly as possible we recommend sending us a
digital photo of your pet from a digital camera or image scan.
Please
email the photo(s) along with your name, and part of photo to use for
engraving (i.e. face, face and shoulders, whole photo, whole body,
etc.) to info@eternalstonecreations.com. If you are ordering more than one urn with a photo face please specify which picture is for which product.Mail in Photo Option
If
you would rather mail in a photo to be scanned for your urn(s) please
mail it along with your name, and part of photo to use for engraving

If
you are ordering more than one urn with a photo face please specify
which picture is for which pet. All pictures will be returned with the
urn.
Scanning and Email Submission Instructions
Be
selective when choosing images for engraving. The best images produce
the best engravings. Images which are dark or lack contrast will not
result in acceptable engravings.
Always try to avoid scanning a copy of a photo, these never produce acceptable results.
Only scan the original photo.
Remember the old adage that "garbage in produces garbage out".
When
scanning images on your computer, please scan them at 300-600dpi (dots
per inch) While this a very high setting, it is extremely important for
quality results. In most cases, by default, your scanning software will
try to scan everything at 72 dpi.
