A FYI tip for all you 4140 & 4141 owners. Both 4140 & 4141 gyratories when purchased from the manufacturer come with a few pieces of equipment that need to be calibrated on an annual basis.

4140 owners: Calibration Pressure Load Cell, and the base excursion indicator. Both items are recommended to be calibrated once a year

4141 owners: Calibration Pressure Load Cell, and inside your gyratory on the left side is a built-in base excursion indicator. Both are recommended to be calibrated once a year.

3190 TMA owners both indicators inside the TMA device need to be calibrated once a year.

3191 TMA owners both indicators inside the TMA device need to be calibrated once a year.
